Tangy Tomato Beef

Today we are going to make a very simple Asian dish, beef and tomato. This recipe requires finely chopped beef, so we show how to cut beef thinly. Also you get to learn how to slice tomatoes for the dish. Beef and tomato make a great combination and the spices enhance the flavor to make it a wonderful dish.
  Flank steak 1 Pound (Sliced Thinly)
  Whole tomatoes 3 (Sliced Up)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) (Chopped)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cooking rice wine 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon

Preheat your wok to medium high heat.
Add 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil.
Brown beef slightly in the wok.
Transfer the beef into a plate and empty the wok.
Add 1 tbsp oil in the wok and throw the tomatoes in.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the garlic.
Add wine and the soy sauce. Mix and put the cover on.
Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add the beef back into the wok.

How to slice beef steak nice and thin?
Cut the steak along the grain, cut in 3 slices.
Then, slice them thin against the grain.

How to slice tomatoes?
Cut tomatoes in 2 equal halves.
Cut a slice from the right side of the half tomato.
Then remove the stem.
Slice rest of the tomato.
