Grilled Beef Tenderloin
|Salad dressing mix envelope||2 Ounce (2 1 Ounce Envelope)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef tenderloin||4 Pound (1 Unit)|
Blend salad dressing mix with oil.
Brush tenderloin generously with dressing mixture.
Place the meat on a greased grill 4 to 6 inches from the coals.
Grill 25 to 35 minutes, or until the tenderloin reaches the desired degree of doneness, turning frequently so that the meat cooks and browns evenly on all sides.
