Grilled Ground Beef Franks In Buns is simply one of the tastiest and easiest meals I have prepared! My children love this Grilled Ground Beef Franks In Buns. Try this Grilled Ground Beef Franks for yourself!
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , fork beaten
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely diced sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine ground beef and a mixture of egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme.
Add onion, green pepper, parsley, and cheese; mix lightly but thoroughly.
Divide meat mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a 6-inch long "frankfurter." Wrap each with bacon to cover completely; fasten ends of bacon with wooden picks.
Thread each "frankfurter" lengthwise onto a skewer.
Grill about 4 inches from coals until meat is of desired doneness, about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
