Pot Roast In Foil

Ingredients
  Pot roast 4 Pound
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce
  Red wine/Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thyme/Garlic powder / salt to taste 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

Line a dutch oven with aluminum foil - 2 layers best, so it won't leak.
Place roast in dutch oven, add wine and sprinkle with soup mix and seasonings.
Close foil tightly all around the meat and cook 3 hours at 325°.
To make gravy, thicken the pan juices with a flour and water mixture.
