This Beef Strips And Carrots is a very simple yet stylish dish to serve as a delicious accompaniment to any main course. Flavored with red wine and spiced enough, this Beef Strips And Carrots is a great treat for the whole family.
  Carrots 1 Pound
  Carbonated water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Soda)
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sirloin steak 1 Pound
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Small, diced
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Peel carrots; cut into thin slices (crosswise at slant).
Place in saucepan with soda water, wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and sugar.
Cover; simmer 25 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile cut meat into very thin slices.
Heat oil; saute onions about 5 minutes.
Add beef slices; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Add to carrots; mix carefully.
Stir in cream; heat through but do not boil.
Correct seasonings if necessary.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
