Rosemary & Garlic Rubbed Roasted Beef Sirloin

This appetizing grilled recipe from American cuisine is one of the popular dishes of US.
Ingredients
  Boneless beef sirloin roast 3 Pound
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped peeled garlic 2 Tablespoon (Food You Feel Good About)
  Pure olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Wegmans)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Beef gravy 11 Ounce (1 Package, Food You Feel Good About, Culinary Gravy)
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

1. Place meat on rack in roasting pan. Combine rosemary, garlic, and oil in small bowl; rub on meat, covering well. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Sear on center rack of oven 15 min; reduce heat to 350 degrees.

3. Roast meat about 20 min/lb until desired doneness. (Refer to temperature guide.) Check internal temp by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat.

4. Transfer meat to clean platter; let rest 15 min. Warm gravy in roasting pan. Serve with roast.
