Cooked Corned Beef Brisket
|Corned beef brisket||5 Pound|
|Onion||1 , halved|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), halved|
|Celery stalks||4 , cut into pieces|
Put corned beef into a large kettle; cover with cold water.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boiling.
Cover and simmer 3 1/2 to 4 hours, or until the beef is tender.
Remove beef from liquid.
Slice and serve hot with English Mustard Sauce
