Marinade For Beef makes beef soft taste. The thyme and bay leaf marination gives the beef addition flavor. Marinated beef is must catch recipe
Ingredients
  Burgundy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley stalks 2
  Tarragon sprig 2
  Thyme sprig 2
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

Combine all ingredients in small container with lid; cover.
Shake to mix well.
Can substitute 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves and thyme leaves for fresh tarragon and thyme.
