  Beef chuck 2 Pound, cut into 0.75 inch cubes
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Tomato sauce 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Frozen cut green beans 20 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot cooked rice/Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Coat beef cubes with flour.
In skillet, brown meat in hot vegetable shortening.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Combine tomato sauce, water, garlic, salt, and pepper; pour over meat.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Stir in curry powder.
Add beans; cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
Separate beans with fork as they heat.
