Autumn Corned Beef And Cabbage
|Corned beef||3 Pound|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cabbage||1 Large, cut into 8 wedges|
Place corned beef in glass casserole.
Add enough water to cover.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180Â°F for 2 hours or until corned beef is tender.
Remove meat from liquid.
Cook on high (9) for 10 minutes.
Slice corned beef and serve with cabbage.
