|Piccadilly sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||To Taste, trimmed|
|Pepper||To Taste, trimmed|
Preheat the oven to 425Â° F.
Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper.
Place the beef on a rack in a roasting pan and roast at 425Â° F for approximately 35 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 125Â° F for rosy rare.
Let stand for 20 minutes before carving.
