Roast Baron Of Beef

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin 5 Pound (1 Piece)
  Piccadilly sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste, trimmed
  Pepper To Taste, trimmed
Directions

Preheat the oven to 425° F.
Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper.
Place the beef on a rack in a roasting pan and roast at 425° F for approximately 35 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 125° F for rosy rare.
Let stand for 20 minutes before carving.
Serve with Piccadilly Sauce.
