Spicy Black Beans With Onion And Bacon

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, chopped
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Canned black beans 16 Ounce, drained and rinsed
  Canned diced peeled tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Canned diced green chilies 4 Ounce
  Chili powder 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook bacon in heavy large saucepan over medium heat until light brown, about 10 minutes.
Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer until chili is thick, stirring frequently, about 12 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
