Ingredients
  Soya bean flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 425F degrees

MAKING
2.In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
3.In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and add the milk and melted shortening
4.Now add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix enough to dampen all the flour
5.In greased muffin pan wells, fill the mixture 2/3 full
6.Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

SERVING
7.Serve with a sauce of your choice
