PREPARATION cover beans with water.
Soak overnight remove skins from beans.
Dry put beans through food chopper, using finest blade add red pepper, salt.
Beat thoroughly add water gradually, continuing to beat until mixture is slightly fluffy, drop by teaspoonful into hot oil or shortening; brown on both sides.
Drain on absorbent paper; serve hot.
