|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/Jack cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded romaine lettuce/Ice berg lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Roasted peanuts/Shelled sunflower seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mexican cream/Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled taco sauce||2 Tablespoon (Red / Green)|
Prepare Spicy Vegetable Filling and keep warm.
Pour oil into a wide frying pan to a depth of 1/2 inch and heat to 350Â° on a deep frying thermometer.
Fry one tortilla at a time for about 30 seconds on each side, then drain on paper towels.
