Butter Bean Bake
|Bacon slices||3 , diced|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pork and beans||16 Ounce (1 Can / 2 Cups)|
|Canned butter beans||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can / 2 Cups)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
In medium fry pan, fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan.
Add celery and cook until tender.
Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
Turn into 11/2 to 2-quart casserole.
Top with reserved bacon.
Bake at 375Â°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
