Chili Con Came With Beans

Ingredients
  Boneless beef 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Lard 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled, seeded and cut into pieces
  Canned white beans 16 Ounce, drained (One Can)
  Canned red kidney beans 15 Ounce, drained (One Can)
Directions

Brown meat in 3 tablespoons lard in a large skillet.
Add broth; cover and cook 30 minutes.
Add salt, chili powder, and garlic; mix.
Cook covered until meat is tender (about 1 hour).
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons lard in a skillet.
Add onion and tomato; mix well.
Cover and cook until vegetables are soft.
Puree vegetables.
Add puree and beans to meat; mix well.
Heat thoroughly.
