Beef And Green Beans With Hot Pepper Sauce

|Chuck/Rump / round beef||1 Pound, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Dried crushed red pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Green beans||1 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown beef slowly in fat in deep kettle for 15 to 20 minutes; add salt and water.
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours; add remaining ingredients.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until beans are tender; serve with hot cooked rice.
