Beef And Green Beans With Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Chuck/Rump / round beef 1 Pound, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Dried crushed red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Green beans 1 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown beef slowly in fat in deep kettle for 15 to 20 minutes; add salt and water.
Cover.
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours; add remaining ingredients.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until beans are tender; serve with hot cooked rice.
