Gourmet Baked Beans
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned baked beans||32 Ounce (Molasses Style)|
Pour vinegar into a 1 cup measuring cup for liquids; add enough evaporated milk to measure 1 cup liquid; blend thoroughly.
Mix in a bowl the brown sugar, flour, dry mustard, and salt.
Add evaporated milk mixture gradually, blending thoroughly.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350Â°F 35 to 40 minutes; stir 2 or 3 times during baking.
Garnish with onion rings.
