Green Bean Peanut Salad
|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen green beans||20 Ounce, cooked, cooled (2 Packages)|
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped dry roasted peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine vinegar, oil, dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss with green beans and onion.
Cover mixture tightly and marinate overnight.
To serve, add chopped peanuts.
