Green Bean Peanut Salad

Ingredients
  Wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dill weed 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen green beans 20 Ounce, cooked, cooled (2 Packages)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped dry roasted peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine vinegar, oil, dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss with green beans and onion.
Cover mixture tightly and marinate overnight.
To serve, add chopped peanuts.
