Long Beans In Black Bean Sauce! I can live on this tasty vegetable dish. I serve this quiet often for parties as it’s a wonderful dish to end a meal with. Try this delicious Cranberry Cream Pie for yourself.
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Long beans 1 Pound, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces (450 gram)
  Mashed salted black beans 3 Tablespoon
  Tamari 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Fluid Ounce (50 milliliter)
  Cornflour/Arrowroot 1 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Roasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (for sprinkling)

Heat the oil in a wok or heavy frying pan and stir-fry the long beans over a high heat for about 2 minutes.
Combine the black beans, tamari, honey and the 50ml (2fl oz) water.
Add this mixture to the long beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the cornflour or arrowroot in the remaining 1 tablespoon water, stir it into the beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve at once.
Use green beans instead of long beans.
