Lima Beans And Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  Water/Nonfat chicken broth / vegetable broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lima beans/Frozen lima beans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Diced red bell pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat water or broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and red pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Add 3/4 cup water, black pepper, and lima beans. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the lima beans are tender. Add more water if necessary during this process.
