Black Beans

Ingredients
  Low sodium black beans 32 Ounce
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green pepper 1 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Crushed red pepper 1 Dash
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1
Directions

In a sauce pan over medium high heat, heat oil until it is fragrant. Add onion, pepper, and garlic until onion is translucent. Add canned black beans, crushed red pepper, and vinegar. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve over brown rice.

Makes 4-6 Servings.
