Marinated Carrots And Green Beans

Ingredients
  Grated carrots 6
  Green beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), trimmed and steamed
  Shredded white cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated cucumber 1
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon, firmly packed
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground turmeric 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine carrots, steamed green beans, white cabbage, and cucumber in a glass bowl.
2. Combine garlic, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice, and turmeric.
3. Toss dressing with vegetables.
4. Chill, covered, for 5 hours.
