Ingredients
  Black beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Home Cooked Or Canned, Drained And Rinsed)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Romaine lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Red bell pepper 1 , seeded, thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
Directions

1.
Place the beans, chili powder, and cumin in a food processor or blender and puree.
2.
Spread the bean puree on 4 of the roll halves.
3.
Top with the romaine lettuce, red pepper rings, tomato and onion slices, and remaining roll halves.
