Black Bean Sandwich Deluxe
|Black beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Home Cooked Or Canned, Drained And Rinsed)|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Romaine lettuce leaves||4|
|Tomato||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Red bell pepper||1 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
Place the beans, chili powder, and cumin in a food processor or blender and puree.
Spread the bean puree on 4 of the roll halves.
Top with the romaine lettuce, red pepper rings, tomato and onion slices, and remaining roll halves.
