Jalapeno Green Beans

Ingredients
  Water/Nonfat chicken broth / vegetable broth / wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  String beans 4 Cup (64 tbs), trimmed and cut in half
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, chopped
  Jalapeno pepper To Taste, minced and seeded (Leave Seeds In If You Want Dish To Be Hot)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat water, broth, or wine in a large, heavy pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add string beans.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes, adding liquid if necessary.
Add tomatoes, jalapeno, water, vinegar, and pepper.
Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
