Marinated Bean And Chestnut Bowl
|Canned sliced green beans||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Halved cherry tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil and vinegar dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Iceberg lettuce head||1 Small|
Combine beans, water chestnuts and halved tomatoes in a medium size bowl.
Combine dressing, onion, parsley and basil in a jar with a tight lid; cover; shake until well blended.
Pour dressing over vegetables; cover.
Marinate in refrigerator 3 hours.
Break lettuce into a salad bowl.
Drain vegetables; spoon into lettuce lined bowl.
