Vegetable Soy Bean Loaf

Ingredients
  Raw carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Soybeans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Raw beets 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Onion 1 , grated
  Green pepper 1 , minced
  Soy flour 3 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
If too dry, add more tomato juice; if too moist, more wheat germ.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F. for about 1 hour.
