Green Beans And Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients
  Frozen cut green beans 9 Ounce
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bamboo shoots/0.25 cup sliced water chestnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 0.5 inch pieces
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse beans with small amount of running cold water to separ ate and remove ice crystals; drain.
Cook and stir beans in oil 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat until mixture boils; cook until beans are tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
