Lima Bean Spread

Ingredients
  Cooked lima beans 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Fresh Or frozen)
  Dry cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon (Red Variety)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place lima beans in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Place pureed beans in a bowl and blend in lemon juice, garlic, red onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, cayenne, and black pepper.
3. Cover and chill for 4 hours before serving.
