Baked Bean Spread
|Baked beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, Cut into 6 pieces|
|Stalk celery||1 , cut into 2inch pieces|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in the processor bowl.
Process with the metal blade until ingredients are well blended.
Chill and use as a spread for whole wheat sandwiches.
Top the filling with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and grated cheese.
Or, top with crumbled bacon and parsley.
