Green Beans Supreme is a easy baked main course recipe which you cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Enjoy this delicious recipe of beans; I am sure you would love to try this Green Beans Supreme dish.
  Green beans/2 (10-oz.) pkgs. frozen whole green beans 2 Pound
  Sliced mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Snip both ends from 2 lbs. whole green beans and cook in boiling salted water until just tender about 3 to 5 minutes or, cook 2 (10-oz.) pkgs. frozen whole green beans according to directions, but for only half the cooking time.)
Drain well.
In a skillet, saute 2 cups sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 garlic clove, crushed, in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine until tender.
Stir into drained beans, together with 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Turn into a 2-qt. casserole and sprinkle top with a mixture of 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°, or until top is bubbly and golden.
