Country - Style Baked Beans
|Broad bean||8 Ounce|
|Stock/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato puree||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Soak the beans overnight in plenty of water.
Drain and pressure - cook in enough water for 20 to 25 minutes.
Strain Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into a casserole and cover with lid.
Bake in a moderately hot oven for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
NOTE : If this is to be made in a hurry, use a can of Baked Beans.
