White Beans Stew

Ingredients
  White beans 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Cumin 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Soak beans overnight, drain and then cook with fresh water until tender.
2. At this point, you might add fresh cut cilantro and saute until it wilts.
3. Dilute tomato sauce, add your seasonings and add to the pot.
4. Add the cumin, turn off the heat.

SERVING
5. Serve with white rice on the side.
