10 Pound (Blue Lake Pole Beans Are Especially Good)
2 Bunch (200 gm) (Large)
Hot red pepper
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fill jars with straight small to medium beans. Divide dill among the jars. To each, add 1 small ctove garlic and a very small piece of red pepper. Heat vinegar and water with salt. Pour boiling liquid over beans, filling jar to 1/2 inch from top. Adjust lids, and process in water bath or steam canner for 10 minutes.
