Fresh Pack Dilly Beans

Ingredients
  Beans 10 Pound (Blue Lake Pole Beans Are Especially Good)
  Dried dill 2 Bunch (200 gm) (Large)
  Garlic bulb 1 Large
  Hot red pepper 1
  Vinegar 3 Quart
  Water 3 Quart
  Salt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Fill jars with straight small to medium beans. Divide dill among the jars. To each, add 1 small ctove garlic and a very small piece of red pepper. Heat vinegar and water with salt. Pour boiling liquid over beans, filling jar to 1/2 inch from top. Adjust lids, and process in water bath or steam canner for 10 minutes.
