Green Beans Stew

Green beans are healthy and nutritious. Check out this delicious way to introduce green beans to your day to day lunch or dinner menu.
  Green beans 1⁄2 Kilogram (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon, cut
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh tomatoes 2 , cut
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

1. Sauté diced Onion in oil.
2. Add the Beans and chopped Cilantro.
3. Add diluted Tomato paste and fresh cut Tomatoes.
4. Add the spices.
5. Boil on high heat at first then lower the heat and let simmer for at least 30 minutes until it is fully cooked.

6. Serve with white rice on the side.
