2 Tablespoon, chilled (fresh green beans vinegar 1 pound cooked)
Combine oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and pour over beans.
Cover, and chill 1Ã¢â‚¬â€ 2 hours to absorb flavors.
Oil and vinegar can be poured off and used again to dress a salad.
Note: Use 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen green beans, cooked, in place of fresh beans.
