1.Put the beans in the pressure cooker along with water and other spices like salt, cumin powder, onion powder, Mexico chili powder, ground pepper and liquid smoke.
2.Set the stove on medium high and cook till the pressure regulator starts rocking and pops.
3.Remove the pressure cooker from the stove and put it under running cold water. Once the air vent drops down, the beans are ready to be taken out of the pressure cooker.
4.Serve with rice with lemon juice sprinkled on top.
