Fried Broad Beans

|Shelled beans/Broad beans / lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
Heat olive oil with 2 tb water.
Fry beans until tender.
They will quickly absorb water and should be done in 10-15 minutes.
Before serving, mix 2 tb butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cook Time:15 Minutes
Ready In:25 Minutes
