Green Beans In Tomato Sauce
|Green beans||2 Pound, cooked|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
Fry onion in 2 TB olive oil over moderate fire until onion is soft and yellow but not brown.
Fry tomato until liquid evap- orates and sauce thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste, parsley, and well-drained cooked beans.
Cook 3-4 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
