Simmered Pinto Beans

MAKING
1) In a large pot, soak 4 cups of the pinto beans in water for about 12 hours till they sprout
MAKING
2) Put the beans along with the broth and put it on the stove
3) Into the pot, add the cumin, oregano, chili powder, ginger root, garlic, onion powder, curry powder and allow to simmer for a couple of hours on low heat
4) Then add in the diced yellow pepper, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and simmer for about 20minutes
5) Finish the broth off with soy sauce and switch off the flame

SERVING
6)Serve the beans with a serving of rice
