One Pot Chicken And White Bean Chili

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan, pour the canola oil and heat up
2) Add in the onion, garlic and red pepper and sauté till the turn soft
3) Tip in the cumin , chili, red pepper, flakes, and pepper and mix well
4) Add in the green chilies, coriander, tomato paste, chicken broth, beans and corn and stir well
5) Allow to cook over a medium heat and simmer for about 40 minutes
6) Add the chicken and stir till heated through

SERVING
7) Ladle into bowls and serve with some bread
