Fagiolio Haricot Beans with Chicken

Ingredients
For salad
  Haricot beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Boned chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, shredded
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm), stemmed
  White onion 1 Medium, minced
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Medium, finely shredded
For dressing
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a serving bowl place the watercress leaves, minced onion, haricot beans and chicken.
2. Finely shred cabbage and add it to the salad.
3. In another bowl whisk the dressing ingredients well.
4. Pour over the salad. Toss so that it mixes well.

FINALIZING
5. Adjust the seasoning.

SERVING
6. Serve Fagiolio Haricot Beans With Chicken garnished with black olives.
