Garbanzo Green Bean Salad
|Cooked garbanzos/Canned garbanzos- 15-ounce can, drained||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen french cut green beans||20 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Take a bowl and add garbanzos, frozen French cut green beans, celery and garlic cloves in a bowl.
2. Take another bowl and add remaining ingredients except lettuce and mix it with beans. Toss the salad, to coat the bean with mixture.
3. Refrigerate for about 4-6 hours to blend the flavors.
4. Mix all ingredients gently and spoon it over the lettuce which is lined in a shallow bowl.
