Navy Bean Health Soup

Ingredients
  Water/Stock 2 Quart
  White navy beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery with leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Chopped carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Safflower oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Cayenne 1 Small (Whole)
  Ground caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Brewers yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Minced chives 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Take a bowl and add 2 quarts of stock or water in it and soak the beans in it and allow it to stay overnight or quickly soak and drain the beans some time before the cooking.

MAKING
2. Take a large pot, and add all ingredients into it except chives. Boil the mixture by covering and then simmer it until the vegetables and beans turn soft.
3. Add more water or stock to attain desired consistency.

SERVING
4. Serve the Navy bean health soup after garnishing with chives.
