Refried Beans with Rice

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked red kidney beans 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:
1. In a pan, heat oil.
2. Saute onion and garlic in it for 3 minutes.
3. Add next 5 ingredients.
4. Cook and stir over low heat for 15 minutes.

FINALIZING:
5. Sprinkle with parsley.

SERVING:
6. Serve refried beans over hot rice.
