Green Beans In Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Green beans 3⁄4 Pound
  Roasted peanuts 4 Tablespoon, crushed (Unsalted)
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Medium)
Directions

MAKING
1)Use a covered steamer and boil hot water.
2)Wash trim beans and steam until beans are crisp-tender, 7 to 9 minutes, then drain.
3) Crush peanuts with rolling pin between two sheets of wax paper or in small hand chopper.
4)Combine nuts in serving bowl with oyster sauce and vinegar.
5)Put garlic through press into bowl and mix.
6)Further add beans and toss to coat.
7)Stir occasionally.
SERVING
8)Serve at room temperature.
