Sweet and Sour Baked Beans

Ingredients
  Pork and beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pineapple tidbits with juice 1 Can (10 oz)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into narrow strips
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together canned pork and beans, onions, green peppers, cider vinegar, canned pineapple and brown sugar.

FINALISING
2. Into a 1 1/2-quart deep casserole dish pour the baked bean mixture and bake without cover at 225 degrees for about 90 minutes

SERVING
3. Serve hot
