Barbecued Lima Beans

Ingredients
  Large lima beans 1 Pound
  Cold water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 6
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Tomato catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (packed)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Soak beans in 5 cup water and refrigerate overnight after covering.

MAKING
2.Take a 5 quart kettle or Dutch oven, put beans and soaling water in it along with 1 teaspoon salt.
3.Let the ingredients boil.
4.Once done, lower the flame and simmer by stirring in between.
5.Cook the beans for atleast 1 hour until tender.
6.Meanwhile, take a saucepan and heat 2 tablespoons salad oil in it.
7.Cook onions until soft.
8.Put tomato catsup, light brwon sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, water into it.
9.Boil and then cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
10.Drain cooked beans.
11.Keep 1/4 cup liquid.
12.Take a kettle, mix beans with 1/4 cup reserved liquid and sauce; mix well.
13.Take a 2-quart casserole or baking dish.
14.Put the mixture in it and bake for 1 hour after covering.
15.In the same time, cook bacon until crispy.
16.Put bacon slices on paper towel.
17.Place slaices on top of beans and bake for 10 more minutes.

SERVING
Serve warm.
