Baked Bean Casserole
|Special oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced onions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green peppers||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned vegetarian baked beans||2 Pound (2 cans, 1 pound each)|
|Diced tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a skillet, heat oil and cook onions and green peppers in it for 10 minutes.
3.Take a casserole dish, place alternate layers of beans with tomatoes and cooked vagetables.
4.Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
5.Put a layer of tomatoes on the top.
6.Bake the dish for 30 minutes.
